Spierre Shipping Policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

 

We aim to have your order ready to send to you in 4-6 weeks but bear in mind we are subject to Public Holidays etc when our suppliers are closed.

Other times of the year, expect an email within 20-25 working days to let you  know your order is on the way!   

The more customized your order is, (own design, imported foot pockets etc), the period to produce the order might be slightly longer (by about an additional 10 days).

Please allow 4-7 weeks to process your order (i.e. during Holidays e.g. Easter -  as it will take slightly longer than other times of the year. 

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days after sending the parcel, using Fedex Express Courier or UPS. A Flat rate shipping fee of USD95 applies to orders Shipping Worldwide.

 

STORE PICKUP WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA - [127 St Francis Drive, St Francis Bay, 6312, Eastern Cape, South Africa]

Orders can be picked up daily, from [10.00am-17:00]. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.


DELIVERIES WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 1000km of our shop.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on certain items (e.g. locally within South Africa available foot pockets, the foot pocket should be completely unused and in its original
condition.  We arrange the return of the foot pockets to the local supplier.  Please bear in mind, that Spierre cannot choose your foot pocket size for you, it remains your choice, we however will provide all the information that we are given by the supplier as well as the size charts to enable you to select your foot pocket size.  If you need an exchange of foot pocket size, the courier (locally within South Africa) will be for your account, but we can arrange it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@spierre.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (photos of the packaging that is damaged is also important as well as the product that is damaged.
