When you order a new pair of Spierre fin blades, you will receive a 24 month replacement warranty against any manufacturing defects in the blade e.g. delamination.
Due to the nature of extreme sports and the significant variables outside of the manufacturer’s control — including but not limited to user technique, impacts, over-flexing, collisions, improper storage, environmental exposure, transport damage, modifications, misuse, or excessive force — this warranty does not cover damage caused during use, accidental breakage, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
All warranty assessments are conducted exclusively by Spierre as the manufacturer. Any product found to have failed due to external force, user-related damage, improper handling, or conditions unrelated to manufacturing quality will not qualify for warranty replacement or repair.
Natural cosmetic changes associated with use, including scratches, surface marks, coating wear, fading, or minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect structural integrity or performance, are also excluded from warranty coverage.
By using the product, the customer acknowledges that extreme sporting activities inherently carry a risk of equipment damage or failure beyond the manufacturer’s control. The warranty is therefore limited strictly to verified manufacturing defects and does not constitute insurance against damage occurring during participation in an extreme sport e.g. Freediving, Spearfishing, Underwater Photography, Scuba etc.
If you have ordered direct from the Spierre Online Shop we will have a record of your order and the date ordered to facilitate your warranty. If you have purchased your fin blades through a Spierre retailer, the retailer should have a record of your purchase date and will contact us on your behalf.
