Shipping policy

Once your custom order has been manufactured and is ready to send, it takes on average 7-10 days to reach you. We will provide the parcel tracking details once the parcel has been sent. If your country does not appear on the list when selecting your address during the checkout process, it normally indicates that we have a Spierre Distributor in your country and you can obtain their details from us (info@spierre.com).   Please note that all Spierre parcels are sent to you on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.  The Courier is authorized by Spierre to invoice the consignee directly for all duties and taxes when the parcel is assessed by Customs in your own country.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Please note:  Spierre products are highly customized and handcrafted to order in South Africa. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. If your order was customized (e.g., specific fin size, foot pocket configuration, or personalized options selected at checkout), the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply.

For non-customized items, to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@spierre.com.  Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

All our products conform to the quality and specifications described at the time of purchase (Directive 2019/771/EU).
